God is the Judge

Overview: Psalm 127-129, Romans 14

The Psalmist urges people to put God in the center of their lives to find fulfillment in their work. Blessings come to those who honor and respect the Lord. These psalms encourage the reader to have confidence in the Lord’s promises.

In Romans, Paul gives practical implications for living out God’s righteousness in everyday life. He addresses a specific dispute about Jewish food laws, but his focus is not on who is right or wrong. He encourages the strong and the weak to coexist in the church without judging each other. God is the only one who has the authority to judge.
