Sing Praise to God
These Psalms sing praises to the Lord as they remember God’s faithfulness, protection, and blessing. They pray for God’s help in suffering. Psalm 42 stirs expectation in the faithful for God’s presence in worship.
Paul addresses the elders of the Ephesian church, reminding them of his gospel of grace and warning them of coming heresies. Of all Paul’s speeches in Acts, this one has the most in common with his letters.
