Walking With the Lord

Overview: Nehemiah 8-10, John 21

Nehemiah and Ezra lead the people in a celebration of the Feast of Booths. This festival involves seven days of reading the law, repenting, worshipping God, and pledging to follow Him.

In John, Jesus makes His third and final resurrection appearance to His disciples. He greets them at the Sea of Galilee, helps them catch a multitude of fish, and serves them breakfast. The gospel concludes with Jesus comparing the callings of Peter and John, the disciple whom Jesus loved.

In Nehemiah, hearing the word of God read aloud changed people. Do you love God’s word? Does it change you?
