Justice, Kindness, and Humility

Overview: Micah 6-7, Revelation 11

Micah concludes his prophecy with the promise that the Lord will restore His people. He reminds Israel that the covenant requires them to do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with God (Micah 6:8). He ends with the promise to restore the relationship between the Lord and His people through a new covenant of faith.

In Revelation, John records a vision of the world becoming "the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ" (Revelation 11:15). The seventh trumpet concludes this cycle of woes against the unrepentant. John’s vision assures believers that God will protect His people through suffering.
