God’s Favor is Forever

Overview: Psalms 28-30, Acts 18

Psalm 28 was likely written during a time of difficulty for David. It is his prayer that God would not judge him with the wicked. Psalm 29 is one of praise, with David affirming God’s power and control of all things. In Psalm 30, David praises God that His anger is temporary, but His favor is forever.

Paul continues his second missionary journey in Corinth, where he witnesses for almost two years. When the Jews in Corinth reject the gospel, Paul preaches to the Gentiles.
