God Is In Control
Overview: Job 38-39, Acts 11
After being silent, the Lord answers Job. He does not address Job’s guilt or innocence. Instead, He speaks about creation and the contrast between His knowledge and the limited understanding of man.
Peter is questioned about his ministry to the Gentiles and he defends his actions to the Jewish believers. He summarizes the Holy Spirit’s working among the Gentiles, and they glorify God for his expansion of the church beyond Jerusalem.
The disciples were first called “Christians” in Antioch. Is your life marked by the presence of God to the point that others would call you by His name?
