Surrendering to God’s Purpose

Overview: Job 25-28, Acts 9:1-22

Job’s friends finish their dialogue with him. In the midst of his suffering, Job trusts God but struggles to understand God’s purpose for his life.

Saul’s life changes as he journeys toward Damascus to arrest Christians. The risen Jesus appears to him, and as a result of that encounter, Saul becomes a disciple and begins to proclaim Jesus.

Both Job and Paul surrendered to God’s purpose for their lives. What do you think surrendering your life to God looks like today?
