The True Gospel

Overview: Isaiah 41-42, Galatians 6

Isaiah shows how God is the helper of Israel by introducing the Messianic Servant (Isaiah 42:1-9). He provides comfort for the exiles by assuring them that the Lord alone is guiding the events of history for His glory and their good. 

Paul concludes his letter to the Galatians by calling them to life in the Spirit, characterized by power and love. He shows what he means by this life of love, encouraging them to persevere in doing good to one another and the world around them. The letter’s final words challenge the reader to stay true to the gospel.
