Digital Applications Internship

● Support Rock RMS Administration: Assist the Digital Applications team with day-to-day tasks within Rock RMS.

● Process Improvement: Help document existing processes within Rock RMS and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.

● Workflow Assistance: Learn and assist in the configuration and testing of basic Rock RMS workflows to automate ministry processes.

● User Support: Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and support to staff and key volunteers using Rock RMS for their ministry functions.

● Testing & QA: Participate in testing new Rock RMS features, customizations, or integrations before rollout.

● Documentation: Help create and update internal documentation and guides related to Rock RMS features and processes.

● Learning & Development: Actively learn the functionalities and best practices of Rock RMS through provided resources and hands-on experience.

● Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with members of the Digital Applications team and other relevant ministry/support teams.

● Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
