Discipleship Internship

Columbia, SC

Learn what it means to be a Disciple of Jesus first through (weekly 1:1s with the Discipleship Director and monthly operations meetings).

Work alongside the Discipleship Director to execute and uphold the Discipleship MPS at the COL campus.

Attend biweekly Support Discipleship Operations meetings for vision, resources and training.

Attend monthly Discipleship Lead team meetings. 

Build teams and execute ministry, specifically with Groups and Baptism, by:

• Managing Community Interest forms and helping facilitate onsite groups and/or lead groups as needed.
• Managing baptism sign ups, assisting in baptism conversations/testimonies, and assisting in the set up/day off execution. 

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
