Complete all internship assignments with passion and integrity, turning them in on time or before deadlines.

Support Fuse by preparing for Wednesday nights, being present at gatherings, and cleaning up afterward. 

Lead or help lead a team of volunteers focusing on building culture and executing with excellence. 

Learn to lead people and have intentional one-on-ones with volunteers. 

Help the Fuse Director with practical tasks, so students have the best possible experience at Fuse gatherings and with their Fuse Groups. This includes:

  • Helping with load-in,
  • Scheduling and grabbing food for Fuse volunteers,
  • Maintaining Fuse Group rosters,
  • Following up with first-timers and sending first-timer cards,
  • Resetting KidSpring rooms,
  • Helping plan and execute Fuse events, Level 3 nights, and any outreach event,
  • Check-in on Fuse Group Leaders and keep up with their attendance. 

Help manage Ramp receipts and learn to steward finances.

Serve at all Christmas services, including the candlelight gathering. 

Attend All Staff and ministry training days.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
