Host First Look and coordinate next step conversations.
Follow up and follow through with everyone in the NewServe process until they are connected to their leader and team, taking potential volunteers from First Look to First Serve.
Use the New Serve Connection board to track volunteers who are connected to serving, check in with them, and ask for feedback.
Make an intentional effort to grow the New Serve team, seeking out those who would enjoy this opportunity and inviting them to serve with New Serve.
Help develop and track volunteer health in Guest Services. This includes monitoring volunteer consistency, whether volunteers are or are not in community, observing huddles, and helping coordinate quarterly volunteer gatherings.
Oversee and support the office team by communicating with its leaders and supporting the team’s needs so Guest Services and our campus are set up well for Sundays.
Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
