Lead all WonderWay coaches, team leaders, and room volunteers.

Facilitate clear and consistent communication with volunteers.

Ensure WonderWay area is prepared with healthy and safe volunteer coverage for Sunday.

Ensure room environment and curriculum preparation are complete before Sunday.

Be present in WonderWay area on Sundays as a resource for your leaders.

Recruit new volunteers.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
