KidSpring Internship

Execute and uphold KidSpring’s mission and pillars as defined by the KidSpring Game Plan 

Give and receive feedback concerning KidSpring’s missions and pillars 

Represent KidSpring at the Myrtle Beach Campus by: 

• Caring for and communicating with team leaders and volunteers while equipping them for their Sunday role 
• Seeking extra opportunities to connect with and care for children and families (through postcards, phone calls, etc.) 
• Following up with first time families, welcoming them into our church and helping them get plugged in
• Being visible on Sunday mornings in KidSpring, talking with parents and connecting with children
• Attending and contributing to KidSpring lead team meetings, KidSpring meetings, and staff meetings as prescribed 

Assist with recruiting and the New Serve process by: 

• Executing Next Step Conversations for student volunteers
• Knowing and recruiting for specific roles within KidSpring 

Preparing for KidSpring on a Sunday by:

• Preparing KidSpring environments and materials for Sunday
• Coming up with creative ideas to engage kids for new KidSpring series through toys in rooms, decorations and photo areas 

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
