KidSpring Internship

Passionately believe in teaching kids about Jesus on their level by upholding the mission, pillars and standards set by KidSpring. 

Stay flexible to lead through whatever ministry opportunities present itself during the week and on Sundays.

Develop and lead a New Serve team to recruit new KidSpring volunteers and onboard them to the ministry.

Cultivate and execute processes to have ongoing connections with first time families.

Actively participate in the planning and execution of cyclical training for KidSpring volunteers and leaders throughout the year.

Actively participate in the planning and execution of family engagement events.

Have a willingness to be a part of a strong team that is open and invested in each other personally and professionally, along with a desire to be discipled and stretched for personal growth.

Attend all staff meetings and have a regular one on one with the KidSpring Director.

Complete all assignments from the internship program by the due dates.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
