Production Internship

● Empower key leaders to help in overseeing and shepherding the technical areas of audio, video, and lighting.

● Prepare the technical leaders and team members to be able to execute technical tasks and assignments alongside clear expectations and goals.

● Delegate responsibility and authority while providing clear vision to technical team members so they can make decisions and execute technical assignments.

● Collaborate with all team members and leaders to solve problems, complete assignments, and create gatherings that allow people to take a step closer to an everyday relationship with Jesus.

● Support the vision of NewSpring Church by leading the production needs of campus gatherings, events, and classes.

● Hold the team accountable to the Vision, Values, and Standards relating to Production at NewSpring Church.

● Identify and recruit key leaders and technical team members.

● Provide regular technical training and equipping for campus production team members. ● Collaborate with Support Production to plan training and equipping opportunities.

● Meet with key leaders to access growth plan for production team members.

● Collaborate with Production Coordinator & Support Production to maintain, repair, and install equipment.

● Collaborate with the Fuse Director and Fuse Worship Leader to create, plan, execute weekly campus gatherings.

● Embody principles of healthy team culture so that an atmosphere of community, celebration, and love is present throughout the Production team.

● Celebrate, provide guidance, feedback, and critique related to the execution of AVL responsibilities and tasks.

● Work with the scheduling coordinator to ensure all necessary production roles at least 3 weeks in advance of gatherings.

● Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
