Technology Projects Internship

Assist Project Manager in testing, preparation and implementation of new solutions. A few project examples include:

Gaming Consoles: Remove the burden of campuses managing gaming systems and implement a standardized solution across the state by replacing gaming consoles in KidSpring and Fuse environments.

Check Scanning: Simplify the process for campus counting equipment by updating the check scanning process to iPads around the state.

Assist the NewSpring staff with technology requests.

Provide great customer service to anyone who has questions, technology challenges or interacts with the NewSpring Technology Team.

Have a posture that reflects the fruit of the Spirit (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control).

Help build and maintain positive relationships between the Technology Team and our staff.

As often as possible, try to ease any burden and disruption for the person who has asked for help.

While handling issues, try to go above and beyond the actual request. 

Attempt to resolve any incoming requests and questions.

Continually develop the knowledge and skills needed to serve in a technical capacity.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
