Worship Internship

Take care of Fuse Worship responsibilities such as, but not limited to: Ableton, checking on the band, leading Fuse gatherings, PCO, scheduling, background checks, etc.

Assist staff worship leader with scheduling, planning, brainstorming, etc. for any other local gatherings such as College Gatherings, Prayer Gatherings, etc. 

Learn the ropes of shepherding people intentionally and learn strengths and weaknesses in their skill of hands through intentional stretching and growth opportunities.

Lead & guide the Fuse band and assist in developing student worship leaders in Clemson. 

Be receptive to feedback, growth items, and constructive criticism in leading moments, people, and spaces.

Lead worship, participate in band and/or direct music, as requested for Sunday and/or Fuse at any NewSpring Campus or any NewSpring event.

Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
