We’re looking for someone who is a visionary disciple-maker, a relational shepherd, and an equipper of leaders to develop disciples who make disciples. If you enjoy building and leading teams, pastoring people, and teaching God’s Word, this role could be for you!

Qualifications for this job include having a proven track record of:

• Identifying, recruiting and raising up high-level biblical leaders
• Spiritual maturity
• Ability to strategically think, plan and execute Discipleship ministry
