Position Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who is an enthusiastic team builder, passionate about ministering to children, and detail oriented to lead volunteer teams and partner with families to establish a Biblical foundation for kids within our KidSpring ministry. If you enjoy shepherding and equipping volunteers, creating fun and engaging environments for kids, and working within mission-oriented teams, this role could be for you!
Qualifications for this job include being able to:
- Serve and lead in children’s ministry
- Recruit, build and develop teams
- Create and maintain fun and safe environments for kids
