Position Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who is fun, hard-working, and gifted to love and lead the children, families, and volunteers of KidSpring in Powdersville. If you enjoy fast-paced leadership in a growing organization, developing people and teams, and working with children, this role could be for you!

Qualifications for this job include being able to:

• Rally people and build teams around a common vision to accomplish goals
• Effectively train and equip volunteers to keep kids safe
• Create fun environments for kids and volunteers to form Christ-centered relationships
• Shepherd volunteers and families through various stages of life
