We’re looking for someone who is passionate about personal and corporate worship, and is a competent leader and team builder to build teams and leaders that lead NewSpring Florence to worship God in our gatherings. If you are defined by a life of prayer, enjoy developing people, and love leading corporate gatherings, this role could be for you!

• Lead corporate worship
• Build teams
• Uphold standards of diligence and excellence required to work on high performing teams
