Now, spend some time reflecting on what you read and what stood out to you.

• We see a beautiful picture here of Jesus, the God of the universe, getting on His knees to wash the disciples’ feet. He models our responsibility to serve others and be humble. In your life, how can you follow Jesus’ example by being humble and serving?
  

• Have you ever prayed about serving in KidSpring or volunteering somewhere else? 
  

• What do you think Jesus means in verse 20?
  

Finally, spend some time responding to Jesus in prayer. What do you want to thank Him for? What do you want to ask Him for? What do you need to confess to Him?
