Who is this Jesus?

From The Life of Jesus: 50 Days in the Book of John

John 7:25-36

Now, spend some time reflecting on what you read and what stood out to you.

  • Why were people trying so hard to arrest Jesus?
  • If you were to answer the question the Pharisees had in verse 36, how would you answer it?
  • If you were alive at that time, hearing Jesus say what He had just said, do you think you would believe Him? Why or why not?

Finally, spend some time responding to Jesus in prayer. What do you want to thank Him for? What do you want to ask Him for? What do you need to confess to Him?
